Qodra (Arabic: قدرة, "capability") is a consulting-led artificial intelligence company headquartered in Amman, Jordan, working with enterprises, government organizations, and B2B clients across Jordan, the wider Middle East, and the GCC. People often search for us as Qodra AI — the company behind qodra.ai. This page is the short, canonical answer to who we are.
The name
We chose the word قدرة deliberately. It does not mean "experiment", "pilot", or "potential" — it means capability: the demonstrated capacity to do something. That is the standard we hold our work to. Qodra was founded in 2026 by Dr. Ali Rodan (Co-Founder & CEO) and Osama Al-Asasfeh (Co-Founder & CTO) on a simple conviction: the region does not need more AI demos — it needs AI it can run.
What we do
Qodra delivers end to end, through four connected practices:
